With a thermal transmittance coefficient U = 0.51 W/m²K and the maximum class 4 airtightness according to NBN EN 12207, this staircase is especially suitable for low energy consumption homes and buildings where a high level of insulation is required.

The version LWT Passive House It also incorporates a special mounting kit for insulation and air tightness and has certification for passive houses.

The version LWT Passive House is available in 2 standard measurements and is designed for ceiling heights of 234 to 280 cm.

The configuration of the staircase adapts to the dimensions of the opening and the height of the room, offering a practical solution to access the space below deck without taking up permanent space in the room.
