LMK Komfort retractable metal ladder

The LMK Komfort It is a retractable metal ladder 3 sections, designed to provide comfortable and safe access to attics, lofts, attics and other spaces below deck. Its design allows you to take advantage of previously difficult-to-access areas without taking up space in the room when the staircase remains closed.

Made of metal with a durable color finish gray RAL 7022, the staircase incorporates a metal side safety railing which facilitates access and provides greater stability during ascent and descent.

The white thermal insulating hatch It has a completely smooth finish on its visible face, without structural elements, so it integrates discreetly with the ceiling of the room. It is made up of an internal thermal insulation of 30mm, reaching a total thickness of 36mm and a thermal transmittance coefficient of U = 1,10 W/m²K.

The ladder is supplied fully assembled and ready to install, including detailed instructions to facilitate quick and easy installation.
