The LET Electric is a retractable metal scissor and automated ladder, designed to offer comfortable and intelligent access to attics and attics. Equipped with motorized control via WiFi (Tuya), Z-Wave or wall button, it stands out for its very high thermal insulation ($U = 0{,}51\text{ W/m}^2\text{K}$), its ultra-resistant structure (up to 200 kg) and a white finish that subtly integrates into any ceiling.
The retractable stepladder LET Electric (from FAKRO's GREENSTEP range) represents the highest level in comfort, home automation and energy efficiency for under-deck access, attics and mezzanines. Designed with a solid retractable metal structure, this automated model allows the ladder to be deployed and retracted effortlessly using Z-Wave remote control, WiFi Tuya mobile application or an integrated wall button.
Main features:
Automation and intelligent control: Motorized operation via Z-Wave remote control or WiFi mobile app (Tuya), as well as a wall button and acoustic signaling system during movement.
Excellent thermal insulation: Super thermal hatch insulated with 80 mm expanded polystyrene (EPS) that achieves an exceptionally low thermal transmission coefficient of $U = 0{,}51\text{ W/m}^2\text{K}$ and Class 4 tightness.
Construction and resistance: Scissor-type metal structure with non-slip steps that supports a maximum load of up to 200 kg.
Aesthetic and integrated finish: White lacquered pine wood drawer with integrated steel trim, perimeter rubber gasket and ABS-coated hatch for a clean finish on the ceiling.
Safety and versatility: Safety locking system, possibility of activation in case of electrical failure and modularity to adjust the height by removing or adding steps depending on the space.
