Retractable fireproof ladder LWF 60 SL

The LWF 60 SL is a retractable wooden ladder designed to provide comfortable and safe access to the attic, combining a functional design with a high level of fire protection.

Your type hatch fire resistant sandwich, made with HDF board on both sides and filled with rock wool, reaches a fire resistance EI1/EI2 of 60 minutes. In addition, it incorporates a system of three sealing gaskets, which provides high airtightness.

The ladder is made of pinewood and has a folding structure of 3 sections, with 12 steps. Its width of 34 cm and the steps of 30 cm wide and 8 cm deep allow comfortable access to the space below deck.

Fire resistant hatch

The hatch has a thickness 8.5cm and is made up of a sandwich construction with:

• HDF board on both sides.
• Filling rock wool.
• thermal insulation 7.9cm.
• Three sealing joints.
• Fire resistance class EI1/EI2 = 60 minutes.
• White color.

This construction also provides good thermal insulation, with a transmittance coefficient of U = 0,64 W/m²K.

The LWF 60 SL has a folding structure of 3 sections made of pine wood, with an angle of inclination of between 69° y 71,4°.

It has 12 steps 2 cm thick, 30 cm wide and 8 cm deep, spaced 25 cm apart. The staircase also incorporates a handrail for easy access.

The plastic studs provide stable support on the ground and help protect the surface.
