LTK Energy retractable ladder

The LTK Energy is a highly energy efficient retractable wooden staircase, designed especially for homes and buildings where a high level of thermal insulation is required between the upper floor and the space below deck.

His 6.6 cm thick heat-insulating hatch, combined with 6 cm of thermal insulation and a system of two perimeter joints, provides excellent insulation and sealing performance. The staircase reaches air tightness class 4, the highest classification according to EN 12207.

Excellent thermal insulation

LTK Energy offers a thermal transmittance coefficient U = 0.68 W/m²K and is designed to minimize heat losses between the living areas and the space below deck.

The hatch is manufactured as a sandwich structure, finished with white HDF board on both sides and interior insulation. It also incorporates a closure that allows the hatch to be kept correctly closed.
